Per the Celiac Disease Foundation “Gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat, rye, barley and triticale – a cross between wheat and rye. Gluten helps foods maintain their shape, acting as glue that holds food together."

What is Celiac disease?

Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder in which people who are genetically predisposed to it ingest gluten which leads to damage in the small intestine.

Brian’s Best breads are made with only simple, nutritious, whole food ingredients like organic amaranth and sorghum to produce nutritionally dense bread. You won’t find any modified starches, additives, chemicals, or preservatives of any kind - or GMO ingredients like corn, soy or canola.    

Why do we have to freeze your products?

Because we don’t use artificial chemicals or preservatives, we freeze our breads immediately after baking which preserves the ‘just baked’ freshness you’ve come to expect of Brian’s Best breads.

How to I prepare my Brian’s Best?

We suggest you microwave your favorite Brian’s Best product for 45 seconds to 1 minute depending on the size of the bread and strength of your microwave. Serve warm.
