Because Brian’s Best Gluten Free breads don’t contain any artificial preservatives or additives, you’ll need to store them in the freezer (sorry) and then follow some simple guidelines so you can enjoy the fresh-baked taste, texture and hearty, crusty and toothy goodness you long for….

When you’re ready to enjoy, we recommend that you place a frozen piece – or bun – into the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute (depending upon oven power). When you take it out, it’ll be soft, steamy and have a deliciously fresh-baked aroma that will get you thinking; “I can’t wait to sink my teeth into this”!  But do, because it needs a few seconds to cool down before you slice and embellish with your favorite toppings…

If you prefer a more conservative approach, wrap the bread – or bun – in foil (not on) and place directly into a 350-degree oven or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes, depending on your preference.  For a crunchier crust, or toast, follow this step with 2 minutes in the toaster (a non-contaminated gluten free one, of course).
